There are three reviews here from a 'school course' I took via DVD from the Issachar School through Glory of Zion, run by Chuck Pierce and Robert Heidler.

The instructions the first time were to write 2-3 short paragraphs, identifying each speaker and what they spoke about. Then they said 'if you need more space, attach more sheets with your name and the course at the top of each page'. Then they said to go back to writing 2-3 paragraphs, then they said to write 2-3 paragraphs on EACH section, who the speaker was and what they spoke about. In those short paragraphs, only one page long for the whole thing, we were to also say how it has impacted our ministry and how we will use it in the future. !!!!!! Keep in mind the DVD sets are a MINIMUM of 6 DVD's each, 2 sections per DVD. Some sets are 8 DVD's.

I think there were two DVD sets I watched where I was able to comply with 2 or 3 paragraphs. Now this is no small feat. To squeeze that into 2 or 3 short paragraphs was quite an achievement for me.

Now what REALLY stumped me, was they were not actually INTERESTED in what their students were learning, just that they had listened to the DVD's, [and paid the $100 for each set]. Glory of Zion, Issachar School [and that 'school' term is used VERY loosely], is NOT interested in answering questions that arise out of watching ANYTHING they teach. Which makes it a seminar, NOT A SCHOOL.
Now I'm a person who is passionate about Everything she does. No matter what I am doing or learning, I give it my all. So following are the reviews for this course by Chuck Pierce and JoAnn McFatter, called Worship, Sound and Movement.
Review number 1:

Worship Sound and Movement DVD Janine P. 11/13/07

Between the songs on GO UP and this DVD set, MAN I'm SET FREE!

I spent tonite in the hot tub taking back what the devil has stolen. Health, finances, mantles, blessings and I prayed the blood of Jesus over,under, around the ground the house is on, the house, all our stuff & of course, us.

Since, according to Chuck Pierce and JoAnn McFatter, the world seems to have a lot of OUR stuff, then it's time for ME to take back MINE. [LeAnn Squier has a beeeautiful voice doesn't she? Wow]
While playing Angels Fall Down, I FELT the cloud of witnesses here. I felt them touching my cheek because I was crying. They seemed to not understand. I said in my spirit…'you don't know the inside of me', they said, 'no, but we see what you will become'. Personally, because it seems I've always been suseptible to supernatural stuff, AND I dabbled in stuff as a kid on the ouija board and have since renounced it and been delivered…it seems I am riper than some for 'stuff'. And I'm fearful of going overboard. My big thing when with the deliverance counselors, that they don't seem to understand is, I want to be delivered from the power of a 'suggestive spirit'. So maybe it's just a matter of learning more of Whose I am and becoming more confident in belonging to the Lord, maybe then it won't bother me.

However….I WANT all that stuff JoAnn was talking about. I know it's true, I just don't know HOW to apply it safely and through the Lord. Do rocks/crystals heal? No. Yes they have a frequency and they might jiggle something in our bodies to start on the path to healing…but THEY don't heal. God heals. However, God has put the earth under our feet to subdue it and have dominion over it. And use it to our good pleasure. Some rock can NOT bring financial blessing, only God can. And I have felt the vibration from some rocks. So…it turns out I'm not whacko after all, I'm sensitive to God's vibrations. Isn't THAT a relief!!! It will be easier to celebrate creation now.

That same resonance JoAnn spoke about…[JoAnn says people can commune with animals, that the trees talk to her, that plants have feelings] I didn't feel it with our dog. I don't feel it with my husband. [sad huh] So demons of darkness…SHUT YOUR MOUTH! You all have NO IDEA how this CD ministers!!!

Since I started this CD set, on Saturday 11/10/07, the Lord has turned me loose on the drums! LOL GO God! I have a djembe and a poor man's bodhran. And a wrench to beat it with. LOL

Ok, here's another thing. The herbs and trees and some flowers that have the most use, MUST be in drought and not be tended to by man, in order to have their fullest healing potential. Orchids. They must be almost completely dry before watering. They take an occasional misting. They require NO MAN INTERFERENCE to be beautiful. Did you know that??

Chaparral, larrea tridentata, you might have some larrea's around there. In order to get the fullest healing from the plant, it needs to be NOT TENDED TO BY MAN. It needs the drought in the desert, full sun beating down on it. Ditto Bursera Microphylla, elephant tree. It's protected here. It has to be NOT WATERED by man and not taken care of BY MAN to have the fullest healing in it's leaves, branches, bark and trunk.

Honey…MAN can do nothing to make it. ONLY the bees can make it. Moral? ALL THE GOOD STUFF FROM God IS TENDED TO BY HIM. Only Him. I have 4 Larrea Tridentata and 2 Bursera in my front yard. If I forget and water them, they still produce and it can be used and used well. But it's not optimum. Lord make me optimum!!

[you might want to limit me to a paragraph or two again. There's no middle ground for me, esp on this worship DVD. !! ]

Apparently I was too excited. My questions were also not posed well. This then, is the second review since Rose Fleiger at the school said they will not accept the first one. I had and continue to have MANY questions regarding the teachings on this set.

Sound and Movement DVD set - self evaluation Janine P. distance learning 4 units

Both JoAnn and Chuck spoke on music, movement and worship. As I am taking this course to learn, I cannot grasp how a teacher would not want to know how what they are teaching is impacting the student. Therefore, I cannot make a brief 1 or 2 paragraph review of something that changes my life. If you would prefer not to read, that's your choice. I am not taking this course for anything other than learning, so if I'm not awarded units, so-be-it.

What this DVD set did for me and what I learned:

I understood finally, what it means to 'take back what the devil has stolen'. A phrase I have heard about for years. This came through JoAnn's teaching. That night I did just that. Named things and physically took them back. Health, finances, marriage, etc. JM

The march around Jericho was preceeded by silence, then war shouts. CP

Hell goes into chaos when I sing, move and prophecy. CP

Sound is used to blow the cover off  'supply' that Satan has covers on. CP Therefore, I've been making more music.

I used to play on the Native American flutes I have, music that popped into my head. Now I play and record music on a keyboard which was a b.d. present. A LOT easier.

Epiphany #1: Chuck Pierce said Moses didn't move into the future, the future sound God wanted to release on the earth. He said we are to listen to what God is telling us to do NOW, be alert and hear God and do things differently. What I got was:

I have been in captivity via legalistic pastors keeping me down, cause I've been so straight forward and honest. Then I kept myself there through being submitted to whichever leadership I was under, constantly moving to new churches and submitting myself to leadership. Now I see I've been captured in captivity through not moving out. I did not move out because I was timid and fearful of man and being judged, because the fear of that has been instilled through man and Pastor/leaderships. Some has been God teaching me, some has been me being fearful and timid. Mostly the latter.

This set also brought to memory a vision I had in 2004. Ireland vision. Girls, women, men, boys, dancing over the hills of Ireland. Green and heather-carrying flags, flute music - high and lilting and drums in the distance. Dancers begin it, I am one of them, drummers bring it up. I know the beat when I hear it, it's different, catchy, thrumming, deep. Ireland will be filled with the Holy Spirit.

I am absolutely nonplussed in how God is going to do all Chuck prophesies in my life when my life is in such upheaval through getting a legal separation at this time.

QUESTIONS:

· Can God do nothing without us?

· Do we have to decree things into being, or God can't do it?

· Did God put the energies in rocks to promote healing?

· When is something of the devil and when is it of God?

JoAnn McFatter said sound releases vibrations, whether we say it or THINK it.

· WHAT??????? Thinking can't release a vibration. And what about deaf people?

· Since it's ok to be who I am, why aren't I in a church that allows it?
God said 'that is why He hooked me up with the Issachar School, to break me free and out'.

· When new agers say they don't make something [like cream or something] when they are angry, is this right?
From what Jo Ann McFatter says, yes.

· That angry feelings/ vibrations get into the product. Is that true?
*she cocks her head to the side questioningly*

· I have read from Bob Beck's website and someone else's I think, that deep sounds build strong bones. Can this be true?

· What are the sounds that unlock supply?

· Is there a sound for each thing? Like health? Finances?

· How am I to 'realize my giftings in authority to break up the coverings' satan has on me?

· Does each person have different authority?
Would that be like the gifts of the Spirit?

· CP said we strive w/demon forces down here and we need to ascend and wait for the word from heaven that demons have no recourse against. I have never 'risen to heaven' that I know of, how do I get to ascend and how do I know I have?

· Why are there so many teachings on all this stuff, but no one teaches on what exactly 'it' is and how to DO it?

· What does Chuck mean…'there's a song past the tent peg'?

Learning:

· If I fill the house with sounds of God, when Steve walks in, the devil has to flee.

· I thought when Bible people heard 'voice like a trumpet' it was because they had no other point of reference.

· Sound of trumpet releases prophetic anointing in earth. THAT is why God told me to get a shofar!

I am learning what JoAnn McFatter said, 'not necessarily coming against anything, but lift up the name of God'. JoAnn makes me stop and think of things I have often questioned. The 'healing energy' of rocks and crystals. I know they have frequencies, do they heal?

I learned more…not to be afraid of the devil, but to lift up the name of God and to praise and explode with sound. Any sound.

I learned about the Greek mentality and the Hebrew and have used it in my thinking.

I wish there were a teaching on what 'decrees' are.

Epiphany #2:

What I have felt for years about music is true and right on. That music comes first. Our hearts must be impacted before our minds are informed. And 'praise at the church is the same as the Pastor'. Which spoke volumes to me. Our praise is good, but doesn't go deep. Which is why I'm so frustrated.

Big deal lesson: people can do things without being 'led' and God will honor it. What a SET FREE statement! JoAnn McFatter

Then JoAnn McFatter got into some stuff that seems kind of whacky to me and apparently Chuck wasn't there in the room. 'DNA hold memory -sins, etc'. 'Can talk with animals'. Her and Doolittle only I think! Then the 'plants have emotions'. That was the 2nd time I'd heard that in 2 months time when I heard that on the DVD. Are you guys getting a little OUT THERE or am I being stretched?

I trust Chuck and Robert absolutely implicitly. There are FEW in God's world that can be absolutely trusted. I trust Robert because Chuck does. I trust Chuck because he spends time with God, because he is learned, because what I have learned so far on these DVD's resonates within me. Some I didn't have the words for, so I couldn't bring it to the forefront of my tongue to speak it and some, when I did speak it to someone, I have been rebuffed. And other stuff, because it is such NEW teaching and it lines up with the Word. However, I can find nothing in scripture that says plants have emotions and we can talk with the animals. True, I find nothing in scripture on other things too, but this…. I am questioning.

· So JoAnn goes on to say when a word is released from a mouth in heaven, comes a numeric equation, music, a color of light, a fragrance. HUH?

· Then, she says what new agers say…fragrances have frequencies. So tell me. Am I to believe what JoAnn says? If so, then MOST of what the newagers say is right on. Then how do I tell the difference between what is Godly and what is satanic?

JoAnn McFatter says the trees talked to her at a church.

· The DVD blanked out where she said something about walking on water and how we can pass through a wall. Isn't that whacko teaching?

· Chuck Pierce- sounds are connected with everything and every tabernacle. How do I find out what sound is connected with me?

· What in me is blocking my financial blessings from coming through?

· Do I have to be 'still' all the time before God to find anything out?

Chuck said dance can cause demons to be released and inhabit the earth realtime. · WHAT?
Why wouldn't dance tie them up?

· One of them says there's 3 functions of the Spirit: Communion, intuition and testimony. What does that mean?

Chuck Pierce said, when starting to talk on movement…'I'm sure JoAnn has taught on this'. No, she hadn't, not at all. JoAnn tends to go on and on and on….

So what musical notes go with what essential oils? JoAnn mentioned something about it. And if there is one note God tells me about, say, for coriander, is that the same note worldwide or just for that person? And who is to determine which notes go with what fragrances?

JoAnn says colors heal. So do non-Christians. She says paintings heal and everyone has lots of creativity. I knew that, and am SO glad someone else says it to back me up!

This DVD set skips and goes back and forth and blanks out. When JoAnn is talking mostly.

That was the end of the second review with plenty of good, solid questions. Yet NO ONE at Glory of Zion or the Issachar School seemed willing to answer any! It appears they are willing to take one's money, but not to actually help someone understand and learn this, if indeed, it's the truth. How is one to know? I think it's totally irresponsible of Glory of Zion, Chuck Pierce, Robert Heidler and JoAnn McFatter to say all of the above and yet not explain anything, to expect people to take what they say on face value without any explanations or reasonings, just nothing!

Rose Fleiger wrote and said 'since you have said you are taking these classes for learning only, why don't you just not send in self evaluations and do it on your own?'

Is that the easy way out for them? Must have been, since they obviously did not want to answer any questions their 'training' brought up.

So Rose said it would not be accepted, make it 2 or 3 paragraphs. So I did.



SOUND & MOVEMENT Janine P. Required 3 paragraphs

Chuck Pierce – JoAnn McFatter Oct. 12-16, 2007

Chuck Pierce spoke very little on movement. He expected JoAnn McFatter to speak on it apparently, as evidenced by his comment when he came back up to speak in a later session. Chuck Pierce spoke on the world having a lot of our stuff. So one evening I spent time taking it back. Chuck Pierce spoke on sound moving us into the future. He spoke about decreeing things, however he never has given a definition on what a decree or declaration is and why we should do it. He says God can move when things are decreed. This was not explained. The question posed as to whether God can move without someone decreeing has not been answered. Nor have any of the other questions. Chuck Pierce said we strive w/demon forces down here and we need to ascend and wait for the word from heaven that demons have no recourse against. I have never ‘risen to heaven’ that I know of, how do I get to ascend and how do I know I have? Chuck Pierce does not come forth with [a definition of] how to do anything he speaks of. He leaves the listener hanging.

McFatter seems to be into witchcraft. This is very disturbing since Issachar School, run by Chuck Pierce and Robert Heidler is purportedly Christian. She spoke of trees talking to her, of animals being able to speak and commune with humans. She spoke on rocks having frequencies, which in turn, would mean they heal, as those into witchcraft believe. Since no one at the Issachar school is willing to answer questions, it’s left up to the thoughts and imaginations of those taking the ‘classes’ to try to figure out exactly what is going on with these teachings. It certainly robs me of trust I had in Chuck Pierce and his ministry.

In trying to further understand what McFatter was speaking about, I wrote her and asked. She declined to clarify. I have written to the Issachar school asking if my questions would be answered. Rose Fleiger declined to comment. I have called and left a message for Robert Heidler 1/14/08 noon.

JoAnn was lengthy and consumed much time in droning on and on. Chuck apparently was out of the room most of the time. The DVD skipped in places and blanked out in others. Pretty bad for something that cost $100. Ditto for not answering questions about what they are ‘teaching’. So my conclusion is this is not actually a SCHOOL as it says on the website and as is in the name. It’s a series of mini conferences. Twere it a school, questions would be allowed with answers forthcoming. And the instructors would definitely be interested in how their efforts are being understood and used by the students.

How has what I have heard impacted my life? Well, I have spent about $60 on books on water McFatter recommended. So it has reduced my available funds. I spend more time writing music and moving to music. It has left me with questions no one is willing to answer and it has left me with a bad taste for this ‘school’. How will I apply the info to my life and ministry? While I won’t throw out the baby with the bath water, it does raise questions about the quality of these courses I have paid for. It is impossible for one person to ferret out all the answers to the questions raised. I can definitely say I learned blowing the shofar brings the presence of God down and releases the prophetic anointing on earth. I spend more time moving and writing music. I allow the songs of heaven to come thru me.

This is the ONLY reply I've received from anyone at Glory-of-Zion's Issachar 'School'

Their letter of Jan. 15, 2008 [1 day after I left a phone message that was never returned] reads:

'Dear Janine,

In light of the negative response you have had to the Issachar class, 'Worship, Sound and Movement', we are refinding the $100 fee for this one course {$99 Distance Learning fee plus $1 shipping and handling].

Since it has become clear that we are unable to meet your expectations, we are also returning the $85 application fee you paid when you applied to the Issachar School. The refunding of your application fee will return you to audit status. We hope you will continue to receive the teaching and impartation from your other Issachar classes knowing that no future self-evaluations are expected or required.

May God lead you to the palce you need at this time in your life. We bless you as you move forward on the path He has for you. I would encourage you to continue looking for a place that has teaching that you can receive. [as if it's ME!]

Now, who said I could not receive the teaching from them? I have, and WILL receive the whole of this one, if they would just not think of themselves too haughtily and would answer some questions. Is THAT too much to ask? Is it ok to take my $100 for a 'school' course and not answer any questions that arise from THEIR teachings?

I think not! JoAnn McFatter teaches that trees can talk. She spoke on trees talking to her. She says we can 'commune with animals'. She said plants have feelings, 'that it's been tested they will curl up if they think they will be harmed', something along those lines.

A bunch of questions, no answers. That is not a school. Being into herbs and such, I am very much exposed to New Age garbage. I do know God had everything first and the devil takes it and twists it to make people think it's all his and it's all 'new'. I WILL put all this stuff on the 'back burner' as much as I can, however, it sure sounds strange coming from Christians.

I have been VERY excited learning the things in these 'classes' I have learned. I have let them know. The DVDs are all 8-10 hours long. They want '2-3 paragraphs giving an overview of what each speaker spoke on, and how you will apply it to your life and ministry, and how it has affected your life'.

NO ONE called me. NO ONE tried to answer any questions, NO ONE responded to my phone call. They just decided. Glory-of-Zion/Issachar School is strange. I do believe Chuck hears from the Lord. I do believe he is a man of God, and I think everyone connected with those two places are Christians. However how they handled this was wrong. And to call it a school is wrong.

I notice one of the huge things about me during this time, is I am not showing my feelings. I am not all worked up, not asking for sympathy or pity. Not crying. It seems I am mature during this time. And this has hurt me deeply. I wrote a final letter to Rose asking her to pass it on to 'Dr. Chuck Pierce and Dr. Robert Heidler'. Of COURSE I didn't get a response.

Chuck Pierce, Robert Heidler should be ashamed of themselves. To call the Issachar School a SCHOOL is beyond comprehension to educated folk. It is a SEMINAR, a conference. People are not allowed to ask questions in those environments.

Consequently, I no longer trust this ministry as I once did. Another thing, Glory of Zion, as a ministry, is selling tallits, without fringe. They are selling hand-painted fabric as a 'prayer shawl', and it is not made the way God stipulated in the Bible.

Glory of Zion is selling 'anointing oils'. Oils people are supposed to put on themselves to bring prosperity, healing, health and other such things to themselves. WHAT?????

Where does it say in the Bible to do this? This sounds just like new-agers. Dr. Chuck Pierce said one of the oils is 'made of the seven species of Israel'. WHAT?? No it's NOT. The 7 species are fig, date, wheat, barley, pomegranate, date and olive. There is NO fig oil, there is NO date oil. I work in oils, I know oils. There is oil from palm kernel, that's the seeds of the date palm tree I believe. But it is NOT date oil.

And to compound this lie, they are scented with fragrance oils. The Elijah List says naturally scented'. I kept writing to them asking what was in it, finally, they said there are scents in it. They said Chuck Pierce brought this pomegranate oil to them from Israel.

I still believe Chuck Pierce is a man of God. I believe he hears from God prophetically. However, I think he has totally missed it with God on selling anointing oils for prosperity, healing, etc. And in selling items that are not made according to Bible rules. It appears TO ME, he is using his position in authority and the travels he does, to gather money to himself and his ministry in a way that is not honest. We are all human. However those in teacher/pastor/prophetic positions have to be doubly careful in what is done and said. I think Chuck Pierce, Robert Heidler, and JoAnn McFatter have gone way overboard and should be prayed for so God may work His perfect work in them. I also think they should stop teaching things that are not in the Bible and should answer legitimate questions posed to them. And if something is not in the Bible, as many things aren't, then at least tell the rest of us that you are teaching this too, how you came to these conclusions that the trees speak, plants have emotions, people can communicate with animals, etc. Will you then teach as the Native Americans do that when taking a plant, such as lettuce, from the ground, one should give an offering to the earth?

For myself, I do not find anything Biblically correct in saying, as McFatter did, 'the trees told me they were willing to give up their spaces on the church property'. She cited the scripture 'the rocks and trees will praise Me if man does not praise Me'. paraphrased, but close.

Mostly, I believe Christians in the position of teaching, should be highly accountable AND answer questions about what they are teaching. Otherwise, they are no different than any of the new-agers into witchcraft.
