I have been praying lately to know my spirit so I will know when Holy Spirit is talking to me. An exercise given to us from the Issachar School training DVD. So I felt the Lord wanted me to fast for three days. Now I fast on Mondays, but I haven't fasted for three days straight since 1986! It was VERY hard back then.

So I've been fasting. Today is the 3rd day. I told the Lord, 'it doesn't seem to have done me much good. I don't seem to be a changed person'. He said, 'what, you think it happens over night? I'm preparing you'.

I HAVE heard the Lord more clearly in the last 2 months. He has told me to wear shoes every day and has joked with me. It's cool.
